The Plans for Tourism Empowerment are aimed to destinations that still are in a phase of tourist development and their objective is to accelerate the growth and to assure their sustainability.
These plans, promoted by the General Secretariat of Tourism of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, constitute the line of cooperation of the General Administration with the Autonomous Communities and Local Administrations. In this way, agreements of collaboration between the three Administrations are signed to finance, on equal parts, the resulting investments of a Strategic Plan of Tourist Development in a determined destination.
Some tourist destinations assign the management of these plans to experts of their own city councils, whereas others have deposited their confidence in APERTUR Consultancy, thanks to the fact that we have a team of qualified technicians who assume the commitment to assure the Tourism excellence or Empowerment in the different territories independently of their resources and their starting point.
